Registration, Cancellation and Refund Policies

1. Your registration will not be processed until full payment is received.

2. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. a $100 cancellation fee (plus HST) will apply for registrations cancelled up to September 30, 2014. After September 30, 2014 no refunds will be issued, substitutions only. all substitutions mUst be made in writing.

3. Confirmation notice of your registration will be sent to you within 10 business days of receipt of your completed registration form and full payment. if you do not receive your confirmation within this timeframe, please contact the event Registrar at (647) 317-5754.

4. Receipts will be emailed to you if your registration is received by October 1, 2014. Receipts for registrations received after this date will be given to you in your delegate package at the meeting.

5. advance registrations will be accepted up to October 1, 2014. After this date, registrations will only be accepted on site at the metro toronto Convention Centre.

Guest Policy

a guest is defined as a spouse or significant other who is not in an industry related occupation. Coworkers or associates may not use the guest registration category. this pass will allow guests access to the monday reception, tuesday gala dinner, wednesday Reception and tours.
